How is this stereotypical discriminating system exploiting minds and some foreign returned scientists. Awards and recognitions are only reserved for people from southern and eastern regions of India. Understanding wise weaker section is ruling. So called the renowned ones do not understand basic concepts and experiments. Conceptually below the threshold. Copiers are prevailing in this system.  Most of them are politically motivated. Very rude, biased, and unprofessional people at the forefront in India today.  

Bad tempered, extremely arrogant, very manipulative, loud and rude behaviour.  My experience with four ones so called professors, who came to IISER Mohali from southern institutes in 2018 is extremely disappointing. It turned out they do not understand simple experiments and physics.  Surprisingly they were trying to evaluate someone having more than 15 years of experience in designing and realizing experiments.
